1-2-1 and Private Group Classes

1-2-1 sessions are for everyone and will be tailored to you, we work to rehabilitate, to ensure the athlete is at best performance level and to ensure you get to work in a more focused way. You will see quick results and feel a new focus from your sessions.

You can also organise a weekly private group session with your friends for your Pilates fix, using different equipment like the Tower and Reformer in the studio. These can complement your regular Reformer Pilates Classes, Tower Pilates Classes, Barre Pilates Classes, Mat Pilates Classes, or Wall Pilates Classes, giving you a varied and personalised experience.

These sessions can work well either on a weekly basis or as a top up to your regular Pilates Classes.
